Before going to bed mix 3 to 4 drops of raw honey with 1 tablespoon of organic lemon juice then rub the mixture gently all over your face for 1 minute.
Leave it on your skin for 5 minutes then wash your face gently with cold water.
Sea salt detoxifies the body, fights acne and prevent skin infection. Olive oil on its own is a popular natural moisturizer that is used to soften both skin and hair, it is also a good Antioxidant and it is rich with vitamins that are good for skin.
Do a mixture of sea salt and olive oil then apply it gently all over your body and massage for few minutes.
Leave it on your body for 1 to 2 minutes then wash your body gently with cool water.
